Lyte details his experience of navigating his confusion, curiosity and shame and coming to terms with his father’s lifestyle while having deep love for his father. His saving grace for letting go, acceptance and peace was the journey to becoming a father and a transparent relationship with his with his son. Lyte is the founder of Optimistic Masterminds and Avoid Being Average.
