It requires the disciples' active engagement, but it also requires the intentionality of the faith community to ensure that new disciples are able to grow in faith. Faith development is about giving people the resources they need to think like Christ, walk like Christ, and dream like Christ. Note that Christ is the goal. We should settle for nothing less as we strive to make and become disciples.
