Live questions and answers asked to support each individual's experiences on their path of awakening as do the previous 65 or so podcasts.  All of these podcasts are designed to enhance and support the listeners path to awakening whatever that might be.  In this podcast we addressed the main two types of meditation and how to do them.  Meditation for calmness and meditation for awakening.  Also, we address the nature of the observer.  Additionally, what are the effects of simply ignoring troubles and focusing on Awareness versus experiencing troubles and Awareness together.  Another asked the meaning and experience of "Being in the world but not of it".   And another asked why meditation is so hard and not peaceful.
