Top 10 Horror Films of 2019 - a podcast by Back Lot 605

Welcome one, welcome all to The Killer Countdown. This is the horror themed countdown of the best films that the genre has to offer. On this episode, hosts Blake Ginithan and Casey Kelderman rank the top 10 horror films of 2019. Each player will get 5 picks throughout the game in a random order. Both players will also get 1 stab in which they can use to remove a film from a certain spot. Together the two will create a combined top 10 list of the best horror movies of the year.

2019 was again an up and down year for horror. Studio films struggled to appeal to both critics and audiences alike. On the other hand, sophomore directors Robert Eggers and Ari Aster came back strong with The Lighthouse and Midsommar, respectively.
