* The quality of your leadership, your ability to inspire others and your ability to make decisions is based entirely on what you let inside your head - your social circle, social media, the people you take counsel from, the books you read, your environment at work, at home and beyond.
* Read great books - not just those that agree with you, ,but also those that don't. Read beyond agile books - philosophy, fiction, business books. Use a book summarization service to save time and find things that speak to your interests
* Mare sure you're not watching limited thinking or 'echo chamber' ideas on social media - linkedin, instagram, youtube, etc
* Remember that what you see in the social space is middle-of-the-road 'agreeable agile'.
* Question everything.- make sure what you consume is not 'permission-based' or 'certainty-based' thinking, because it won't expand or amplify your career
* Think more boldly - don't worry about people-pleasing or staying on the party line
* Watch who surrounds you at work - very negative people who are not growing, sharing their art, and expanding current thinking - because they will limit your reach in order to make themselves feel safer.
* Be change. Don't be intimidated by change. Don't let people keep you from making better, more expansive choices. "You're the average of the five people you spend the most time with" - Jim Rohn
* You will eventually have to go in uncomfortable and opposing ?". "Are these behaviours likely to make change, and take me where I want to go?". "Are these people where I want to be?" Are they making change the way I want to make change?"
