As a curious teenager, having the opportunity to travel outside of her small, one horse town, instilled a sense of adventure and exploration early in Jeannie Edmund’s life. Impassioned by a wandering road lifestyle and unafraid of the unknown, Jeannie took every opportunity that came her way resulting in a non-linear, adventurous and wildly successful career. Jeannie has made her mark in politics, journalism, documentaries, publishing, infomercials and startup companies. She is an advisor and mentor to founders and investors in tech, CPG, travel, cannabis, and other industries, advising them in business development, branding/marketing, and preparations for investment. She was the first producer of Larry King’s National Radio Show, a CNN reporter, Executive editor of Healthy Living Magazine, producer at CBS Morning News, Night Watch and Face The Nation. Jeannie co-wrote, directed, and produced the PBS TV documentary, “From Apollo to the Stars”, with Gene Roddenberry, creator of Star Trek. She is the author of the book “Start Me Up”.
