In “Put it in your bag” Lina talks about intentional alone time and Estephanie recommends some fun reality tv trash:Temptation Island! Finally for our rotating theme we talk about the upcoming Netflix adaptation of one of our favorite shows Cowboy Bebop, and Estephanie sends us off with a weekly affirmation!
