In “What’s Your Baggage” we talk about one of the topics from way way back in our live show! One of our attendees wrote about how her “daddy issues” resurface when she’s dealing with men. We break that down and talk about how healing takes time and what happens when our pain resurfaces when we think we’re over something.

For “Put it in your bag” Black History edition Lina puts in her bag our tiny queen Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. aka Serena Williams babygirl’s instagram and Estephanie talks about the new BET series Boomerang.
