LIVE SHOW AT WNYC Greene Space - a podcast by BGLadiez

ICYMI! This week is a little throwback to our live show at WNYC'S Greene Space last week! We had a blast doing this!

For "Currento Eventos" we discussed the disturbing allegations that a school strip searched 4 12-year old black girls for seeming "hyper" and "giddy", the passing of the NY Dream Act, and Gina Rodriguez CONTINUED anti-blackness. We try to call her in but she making it hard.

In "Put it in your Bag" Estephanie puts in her bag soothing ocean sounds, Lina talks about therapy, and we get some suggestions from our audience members!

For "What's your Baggage" we were joined by Veronia Agard, curator of the Who Heals the Healer Conference! We talked about her work, who are healers, and why is self care such an important part of any type of vulnerability or healing work.

Finally we wrap it up with some Q & A from our audience members! We had such a blast doing this! Thank you to everyone who braved the brick NYC streets, watched on livestream, and continues to support this podcast! We're so excited for what 2019 has in store for us!
