For “What’s Your Baggage” we’re talking about Process Fatigue. Do you ever get overwhelmed by the idea that you’ll be working on being better forever? We know healing isn’t linear but that doesn’t make it any less hard sometimes. We talk about ways to balance the joy in the work/process versus focusing on the outcome.

For “Put it in your Bag” Lina recommends the Black woman owned Radical Dream Pins company and Estephanie gives a shoutout to the feminist BlueStocking Bookstore here in NYC!

Finally for our rotating theme for Black History/Futures Month we’ve decided to uplift the Black people who are inspirations to us on a daily basis in big and small ways. We make Black History every day we don’t need a month! Lina talks about Bassey Ikpi a writer from The Root who this week wrote about being a Black immigrant woman in therapy and Estephanie talks about Octavia Butler the GOAT.
