A satisfying senior day was punctuated with a domination of our rivals from across the state. The 42-13 win wasn't half as close as it was on the scoreboard, but it was still a big satisfying win for Alabama. Mac Jones threw for 5 TDs, and the only thing Devonta Smith didn't do was serve nachos to everyone in attendance. With one set of Tigers down, the other set gets a visit from Alabama this week as the Tide travels down to Baton Rouge for a contest over a year in the making. Ed Orgeron's postgame hysterics after last year's win remain stuck in Alabama's craw like grandma's pecan pie.
