Meet Ryan Fenton!  Ryan has been in the service industry for 14 years.  His first full service restaurant was at Mcfaddens where he started off running food.  He climbed the industry ladder from running food all the way up to being a general manager and talks about the struggle of taking a pay cut when moving into management.  Don't worry, the pay and reward eventually gets better as he will explain in this episode!
