Episode Three:  On this episode meet Brian Steen.  Brian has been in the service industry for 14 years and is currently a manager of a known, world wide, corporate restaurant.  He started serving when he was in college, eventually moved behind the bar bartending, then began managing.  Brian was also a corporate trainer, opening up locations nation wide.  He offers great advice about the corporate structure.
