After 10 days of negotiations in Florida and no new deal between Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association, MLB has officially cancelled Opening Day and the first two series of the season. 

The blame almost solely rests on the owners and MLB, with the MLBPA being far more flexible in their asks during negotiations. Do not believe the MLB PR spinning. They are the ones who imposed the lockout and they are the ones who could lift it at any time.
