This was a hard on for me to record for a few reasons. I'm always looked at as this powerhouse business women that is so motivated, driven and always smashing out new ideas, content and so much value.

But sometimes you run out of oil and everything you try and focus on just doesn’t develop and you spend so much time worrying and stressing that your having a bad week.  I need to listen to to my own advice i'm giving you in todays podcast.
