President Biden became actively involved dating back to this summer, and on December 2 Biden signed the rejected agreement into law, averting a strike. Join us as we deep dive these negotiations, the bargaining positions of both the rail companies and unions workers, the state of the labor movement in 2022, and Biden's labor legacy on the heels of his controversial intervention.
