:: ::

Houston born and raised, she pursued barbering after 13 years as a stylist, during which time she lived and worked in San Francisco and New York before returning to Texas.  She shared with us her journey to connecting with her profession, and will be opening her own trailer here in East Austin soon.

-

A life changing illness led her to begin creating her own barber products, free from toxins, which brought her personal relief, and every client and the barber community at large will benefit from them soon.

-

She also talked about her journey to connecting with her ancestral roots of being Native American, and her participation in the Standing Rock protests in 2016 against the Dakota Access Pipeline.

-

We appreciate her being in our lives, and I am inspired by her spirit to push through all obstacles to pursue her calling and improving her craft and lifestyle no matter what comes before her.

-

Please go and support her and get the best haircut of your life.
