Welcome Maria (or Mo) Groezinger of LA Apparel Services, along with Alexis Jones. Mo is one of our LA apparel corespondents to the show. Mo founded LA Apparel Services, a fashion development house located in DTLA, a space for anyone to turn their idea into reality, offering consulting, product development to project management of domestic and overseas production.

Mo invited one of her brands, Alexis Jones, founder of The Source Apparel, to join her here, today to share about their journey, of what it’s like to take an idea that you have and turn it into a sustainable fashion brand, in Los Angeles. I’ll let her share her journey, but just to give you a peek – she was a nurse, first, and pivoted, following her dream to be a fashion designer. The Source Apparel was born out of her personal values of feminism, caring for the earth, body positivity, and justice for all people.
