After 10+ years of running an internal, voluntary, private personal development call, we decided to play one here on the podcast. This conference call platform has been a staple part of personal and professional growth within our organization.

It provides a platform for team members to speak up, passively consume good development content, and gradually move into a position where they feel confident to lead these quality discussions. We have a saying that goes; "Either the call needs you, or you need the call." Depending on where each team member is on their journey, its a tool that is extremely helpful in progressing that path.
