How about a new one every week?In Episode 51 of The Become a Beast Podcast, I'm introducing the Weekly Beast Challenge. Every Sunday, I'll share a health, wellness, fitness, or diet challenge that all of us Beasts will partake in for 7 days. When announcing the next week's challenge, I'll recap the previous week.

Simple enough.So, why launch a weekly challenge? Diet and fitness are extremely repetitive. Humans enjoy structure, but also like a challenge. We all will maintain our baseline and attack our other goals accordingly, but this will keep things fresh and on our toes.
