I spoke to Willem van Waesberghe, Heineken’s Global Brew Master to learn about his journey within Heineken. He is with Heineken since 1995 and eight years as the global head brewer. 

He loves beer and talks about the beers you`ll find in his fridge. These days you`ll also find a Heineken 0.0 in his fridge. Willem explained how commerce and marketing drove the agenda on 0.0 and the technicalities of developing a great alcohol free beer that can carry the name Heineken.
