Daniel Trivelli is the founder of the Copa Cervezas de América (CCA) founded in 2011. Before founding the CCA he worked at Maltexco, as Sales Manager, where he developed Malt sales in the USA and Mexico, developing a strong networks within the beer industry in the American continent.

The competition in which more than 1,800 brewers from all over the world participated, awards a total of 180 medals in various categories. The events business has been badly hit by the covid-19 implications. Daniel is confident about the future and explains South America remains to be excited about craft beer and how he reinvented their business to accomodate the situtaion.

In 2015 Daniel also founded the first beer institute in the Spanish speaking Latin America.  With the clear goal to improve the technical expertise and knowledge of the craft brewers and to foster the craft beer culture along beer lovers.
