BIO: I have been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. After reading a translation of the Yoga Sutra’s in 2000, I went on a quest for teachings that could create more understanding for me around the philosophies and promises of Yoga illuminated by Patanjali in this text. There was one sutra that really resonated with me. I could feel it in my cells. Sutra 1:36.Vishoka Va Jyotishmati, this led me to be initiated into the lineage of the Himalayan Masters and Sri Vidya Tantra and informs all of my teaching.
The focus of my teaching today honours life as a ritual and I am devoted to yoga nidra, meditation, self-inquiry, nature as a teacher, and ancestor reverence. As the founder of The Empowered Life Circle, and the creatrix of the Empowered Life Self-Inquiry Oracle Deck I am devoted to sharing tools cultivating a life this is a sacred ritual. I also host of Radiant Rest Podcast which celebrates the practices, teachers, and traditions that prioritize the rituals of rest, sacred dreaming, and self-care.
It is my passion and dharma to create sacred containers for transformation, self-remembrance and the remembrance of inner radiance.
My first book Radiant Rest: Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation & Awakened Clarity, published by Shambhala Publishing, is now available where books are sold.
