Chandler is seeking a pardon from his neighbor Julius. They live in the same condo complex that has assigned parking. There is other parking available but not a whole lot which is why Chandler continuously parks his car in Julius’ spot. Julius usually knocks on his door and he moves the car. However one day Julius got tired of it and had Chandler’s car towed. Chandler was furious and got into a heated argument with Julius to which the cops were called. Since then they have not spoken. Chandler realizes he was the one who was responsible for the drama and wants to apologize and seek a pardon. But will Julius give him one?
