- His eventual price tag will be too high
- His statistics have plateaued 
- The potential return could be great
CONS:
- Brown is one of the best WRs in the NFL
- Still producing at a ridiculous rate
- Connection with Ben Roethlisberger will have them contenders for years to come
- Worth every penny of the money he is owed.
