The picture here is of me, when I was 16, and it is relevant to the episode.  In this episode I am talking about the importance of rites of passage to us as men.The problem is, there are many men getting into adulthood without ever going through a rite of passage.  In this episode I offer some solutions and also ask for your help and input.
