Vampires, witches, and werewolves OH MY! Resident Evil Village at last has a set date. May 7, 2021. I hope to have a PS5 by then, but no sweat. RE Village will be on the older gen systems and will receive a free upgrade! Yay!! I also speculate on what I think will take place.

With the success of Mario's 35th anniversary, it seems other franchises are following suit. Tomb Raider had an official announcement this past week. Though no games are mentioned, a Netflix anime series was. They are looking to connect the reboot trilogy with the PS1 classics. I'm thinking they will do re-imaginings of the older games to make them fit in with the newer Lara Croft, then when we're caught up, a new game will take off. This is exciting! Fatal Frame was also mentioned earlier this month and I hope we're in for some real treats. The Fatal Frame series is quality and I hope they do us fans good. The last bit of the episode is dedicated to the Sega Dreamcast game "D2" from the mind of Kenji Eno his studio, Warp. It's a shame that these games are falling into obscurity. This was one of the strangest games I've gotten to play. The Dreamcast had some interesting ideas for sure. The last bit of the audio can get a little loud. I also recommend you watch the video on youtube as well to see how the scene plays out. There's a big surprise at the end. Very disturbing.
