Danish football player Christian Eriksen has posted a picture from his hospital bed with a thumbs-up and has made his first comments since suffering a cardiac arrest during the Euros.

BBC Sports presenter Gabby Logan’s family went through the tragedy of losing her 15 year old brother Daniel 29 years ago and she has written a post highlighting the importance of raising awareness and how important football was to her brother.
