Amol Rajan asks Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng about some of the finer details of the strategy.

Following that, Amol and Mishal Husain speak with the Green Party MP Caroline Lucas, Tom Rivett-Carnac, who ran political strategy for the UN towards the Paris Agreement of 2015, and Stephen Heidari-Robinson, former energy and environment adviser to David Cameron.
