In Hungary, voters will go to the polls on Sunday to decide whether to Hungary’s prime minister Viktor Orbán gets a fourth consecutive term in office. It will be Europe’s first parliamentary election since Russia invaded Ukraine and Mr Orbán has often been criticised for his close links to Russian president Vladimir Putin. Justin Webb reports from Budapest on how the war has overshadowed the election.

Also on the programme was Zoltan Kovac, the Secretary of State for International Communications in the Orbán government. Justin also looked back at the history of Russia’s relationship with Hungary and how the Soviet Union crushed an uprising in 1956.
