Former West Indes cricketer Michael Holding has spoken passionately about the impact of racism.

While working as a pundit for Sky Sports the former fast bowler – widely regarded as one of the greatest ever – gave an unplanned speech about unconscious prejudice. Now he has expanded on the subject in a new book - Why We Kneel, How We Rise - in which he talks to some of the most celebrated sports stars alive today, from Thierry Henry to Usain Bolt and Naomi Osaka.

Today’s Amol Rajan spoke to Michael Holding about what prompted him to speak out.
