Royal Academy removes artist’s work from its gift shop - a podcast by BBC Radio 4

If you go on to the Royal Academy's website you will no longer find work by the textile artist Jess de Wahls in the shop - in fact you will find no mention of her.

It was last week that the Academy posted on their Instagram stories that her work would no longer be stocked because of her 'transphobic views' - they had contacted her just before this announcement and said they had had complaints about her.
