While there are 200 countries present at COP26, they aren’t the only delegates at the summit. Many critical groups have been given observer status and they’ve been able to sit in and watch negotiations. Today’s Mishal Husain spoke to some of those with observer status about how these insider-outsider relationships have worked over the course of the conference.
