The band Mumford and Sons has been together since 2007 but guitarist Winston Marshall has just left them because of a row sparked when he tweeted approvingly about a book by Andy Ngo about the far left in the United States.

The book called 'Unmasked - Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy' - was published not long after Trump supporters were the ones trying to subvert democracy by storming the Capitol in January.

Winston Marshall had called it an important book and the writer a brave man - for which he faced a storm of abuse on Twitter directed at his bandmates as well as himself. He spoke to Today's Mishal Husain.
