A moonshot, in the tech space, is an ambitious, groundbreaking project, undertaken, where you’re not worried about near term profitability or mistakes learned along the way, and you’re probably defining success as you go. However, the term originally derives from the Apollo 11 space flight project. Yesterday we celebrated the 60th anniversary of moonshot thinking. In 1961, on may 25th, J F Kennedy stated that he would land the first man on the moon.

In this episode, we’ll look at a moonshot case study and examples from Googles Moonshot factory, X, as well as the golden ratio of innovation. We’ll then look at how you can apply these moonshot goals apply to you as an individual. Learn, grow and get stronger!
