Paul has practiced Tai Chi and Qigong as well as studied traditional Chinese and Western complementary healing, exercise, meditation and dietary practices for over 40 years. Paul was an art gallery director, a producer and director of art shows and theater events, a broker for art programming from Europe on PBS, a producer and publisher of art instructional programming, and the Director of shows and activities for the Ringwood Manor Art Association.
