GEM Supply has four locations in Florida and Paul Owens keeps tabs on all of them and the 40+ people who serve the needs of individuals through cleaning supplies and education.

In this podcast, we sit down for a few minutes to talk with Paul about the message behind the supplies, equipment, tools, and chemicals.

• Paul is the second generation of family management at GEM.


• Paul talks about the low threshold of entry into the cleaning business.


• It is not in GEM's nature to wait, so they are moving forward and expanding.


• Bring in your issues to one of the locations, and the customer care at the counter will help you.


• Warehouses are fully stocked at all four locations.


• GEM loves change and being able to move as the need comes.


• Growth is in their nature.

Paul says we should be curious and always think about growth. 

If we could only think about others as much as we do about self, it would be a better place.
