Tom Sauvage has been an Assistant Superintendent at Meramec Valley R-lll for 5 years and says it is all about people, no matter what.

 

Meramec Valley is the first district in Missouri to use Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for a new renovation of an old building of 8 classrooms.

 

So just what is ICF, foam surrounded by poured concrete is the short answer as Tom explains. 

Less expensive, faster to build, and locally sourced.
