Episode 91 - William Walsh of Iron Will - a podcast by Chad McKinney

Founded in 2019 by frontman William Walsh, Iron Will has bursted onto the alt-rock scene by storm. Compared to the likes of Incubus, 30 Seconds to Mars and Circa Survive, the group’s sound is a summation of their diverse influences. Comprised of William, Jeff Daughtridge (Bass) and Jamie Pannucci (drums), the members share a combined 50 years of experience in the industry and it shows.

“Our passion for music exudes through our sound and stage presence.” William says, “You will hear driving rock rhythms, with atmospheric guitar & synth as well as melodic vocals. If you delve a layer deeper, you will find meaningful lyrics that inspire.”

Winners of the IndieCon 2019 Next Big Thing Award, Iron Will continues to ride the momentum of their debut EP Secrets. Professional critics claim the group is deserving of national attention and it was national attention they received; Radio airplay on over 100 stations nationwide and direct licensing deals with Major TV & Sport networks. That momentum has carried to the live stage as well, Iron Will has headlined Space Coast Music Festival, multiple shows in Central Florida and have recently added Seattle HempFest to their schedule in 2020.
