April is Sexual Assault Awareness month. We're all aware that sexual assault happens, so it's important for us to listen and learn from survivors and victors. Especially about unique experiences with intimacy, dating, love, relationships and sex.

This episode is cohosted by Nadiyah Barrow, owner of Create Consent Culture and Diyah Moon Wellness (@diyahmoonwellness). Nadiyah was born and raised in Greenville, NC and relocated to Durham in 2012, where she attended the illustrious NCCU. She is a skilled human service professional and is very passionate about working with children and families. Nadiyah is most interested in creating safe spaces for trauma recovery and healing. She is even more passionate about women's empowerment due to being a survivor herself. Through her work, Nadiyah has connected deeply with other survivors and victors who she identified to be featured in this discussion.

Healer, Amber RichBook (@arichbookadventure) and Briana Blackston, master chef (@xtraordinary94) drop gems that we all need to hear.
