The episode is INTENDED FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ( or immature ) only, as the guys go unscripted and remanence about their college days, and past life experiences (shenanigans).

The Beard and Todd do get down to some serious business when they discuss the importance of being a strong leader requires having a strong body and mind as well as giving back to your community especially over the holiday season.
