This week Nico and Tim talked with Deon Thompson. Deon is a former D1 college basketball player who started training in his 30s. Since then, he became the only black martial arts gym owner in Northwest Ohio. He is a second degree black belt under 7x World Champion Rodrigo "Comprido" Medeiros. He's also won several IBJJF titles as well.
