Rekha Patterson is the Head Coach at Southeast Missouri State University and in 5 season has achieved the goal of leading her team to become conference tournament champions! Her success started early on as she began her career as a graduate assistant coach at Baylor. She has been a part of 7 Big 12 Championships and was on the coaching staff of the 40-0 Baylor National Champion. Talk about EXCELLENCE.
