Arnold pitched at UCF from 1997-2001, and was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 2nd round of the 2001 MLB Draft. After playing in the minors from 2001-2006 with the Yankees, A's and Blue Jays organizations, Arnold went into coaching. He was an assistant at Bethune-Cookman and Georgia State before taking over as the head coach at Satellite High School, and was named the head coach at Eastern Florida State College this summer.
