This week, Tony and I take a look at Charles Kauffman’s 1980 cult classic MOTHER’S DAY, a favorite among Troma and slasher fans alike. The premise couldn’t be simpler: a trio of female friends camping in the woods of New Jersey are accosted by a pair of inbred brothers, led by their deranged and domineering mother.

However, the campers aren’t about to fall victim to any vicious or sadomasochistic acts. Much to the surprise of this backwoods family, these women are fully prepared to fight back.
