Blitz Magazine Podcast  EP 14: The Battle for Decency and Integrity:  Black Coaches in the NFL.

This week, Blitz Magazine Podcast publisher Malik Spann brings up the issue of black coaches in the NFL being overlooked, taken for granted, harshly analyzed and quickly discarded.  He correlates the treatment with how Colin Kaepernick was treated.  There is a current outcry for how the black coaches are disregarded because of the new contract signed by Matt Ruhle for $70Mil - for a job done by his predecessor - black coach for much much much less.  Malik questions - where were the black coaches, the black staff in the NFL, the trainers when the NFL treated Colin Kaepernick horribly.  There was a deafening silence.  However - is there a correlation between the overt racism against Colin and the treatment of the coaches?    Malik digs into the question and the issues surrounding this.
