  1. Julio, My Son Carl (AKA Bloomers Nursery Manager) and I visited the Mid Atlantic Nurseryman's Trade Show. One of the 1st things we noticed was how busy it was and that it has finally recovered from covid. 
  1.  Have you ever wondered where new plants come from? It's part keen eye, part science and part Indiana Jones. 
  1. We're always looking out for the latest and greatest new plants. One that caught our eye was a red leaved Crape Myrtle! We'll tell you about that and other exciting plants in our 3rd Segment!
  1. A familiar name is entering the houseplant market. Proven Winners is the latest hybridizer to throw it's hat in the ring.  
  1. On this week's "House Plant Rant" we're talking about the popular Rubber Tree. New colors and variegation had made an old favorites new again!
