A man wearing a possible explosives belt has been shot dead in the Subirats area to the west of the Spanish city of Barcelona, local media report. It is believed that the man could be the fugitive from last week's attack. Earlier on Monday, police said that a Europe-wide manhunt was underway to find 22-year-old Younes Abouyaaqoub, the man who is believed to have been behind the wheel as a van plowed into people in Barcelona, killing 13 people and injuring more than 100 others.
