:: ::

Two time Olympic Silver medalist Josh Dunkley-Smith spent an evening discussing the history that led to his WORLD RECORD breaking 2000m ergometer. In the second installment, we explore his early capacities on the ergo, the time he accidentally broke a world record, and the realization that the 2k record was within his capabilities. We explore some of the alternative training approaches Josh undertook in his ‘season off’ post the Rio Games, and we hear how he knew he had the record broken, even before the half way mark of his final attempt.
