BOSTON — Fear of the coronavirus has swept campuses and countries alike. It’s been already over a month since stay-at-home orders and quarantines began. Many students stopped meeting their friends face to face, and many workers have lost their jobs. According to the Washington Post, nearly half the nation has felt this crisis negatively impact their mental health. Some students are worried about not performing their best during this crisis. Some workers are worried about future lay-offs and the unemployed are worried about how long the crisis will continue. Dr. Offner spoke about the coronavirus crisis and its impacts on mental health.
